Can you cancel/change your order once it has been dispatched?
No, you cannot do that. If any customer refuses to accept the parcel once it has arrived at their doorstep, and further refuses to respond to the courier company when they are contacting you, we will not entertain any orders from you in the future.
A humble request
A lot of effort goes into packing and sending out an order! Please be considerate and do not order if you don't want it. You expect us to provide the best and thus we expect you as a customer to act ethically.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide (Pakistan).
What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges are 200/- fixed nationwide.
What is the delivery time?
It takes 3-5 working days to deliver the package. For those who need to place an order for a gift, etc., please order in advance. Asking for delivery the next day is merely impossible.
